the room include a amazing air-conditioning system, so i always feel good. i had a great choice of pools and beaches. also i could train in the gym and use the onsen, that was really good.

when i got to the beach, it was very dirty. the beach chairs was also uncomfortables. basic activities had an additional cost, this was really unexpected.

The hotel provided vouchers upon check-in. These vouchers are useful for the hotel buggy taxis to get to town. I also used the vouchers for other facilities. The breakfast buffet had local specialties and a continental breakfast. The hotel offers a gym and a spa.

The indoor pool was often crowded. There were a lot of kids, and sometimes it was quite noisy.

the hotel offered easy beach access and presented amazing views. the food available was good and several activities were available. there was a selection of both indoor and outdoor pools. i found karaoke and multiple bars offered additional entertainment.

the shower had a ceiling-mounted head, without a curtain, so water splashed everywhere in the bathroom. this design made keeping the area dry quite challenging, needing extra care after each shower.

our beautiful ocean king room provided lovely ocean views and comfortable accommodations. the air conditioning worked effectively and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. the room also had a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day of activities.

Excellent Stay at a Great Location

I appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms with exactly the amenities needed. The hotel communicated early about amenity unavailability because of a typhoon. I also enjoyed my stay at the building with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

I noticed an emergency evacuation alarm at 2am one night with a thunderstorm. After evacuating, the staff were unsure and could not communicate what was happening. I felt very unsure about guest safety during a real emergency because it was unorganized.

The front desk and spa staff were wonderful and addressed all my needs promptly. Staff members were always available to assist with directions, information, and other requests.
